Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and work quickly to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun.
